Dr. Adelicia I. Moses born in Colon, Panama. She is an Affirmed Apostle and Teacher in the Lord’s Church. Along with her husband Dr. Kenneth W. Moses, they are the Senior Pastors of Ground Work Ministries Int’l. All of her degrees are earned educational credentials. Dr. Adelicia I. Moses is also the Founder/Visionary of a Women’s Conference Organization: THE SARAH’S DAUGHTERS: GOD’S “SOAR’ARITY which has been in existence for over 15 years.

She has been active in ministry for more than 40+ years. One of her greatest passions is her Grandsons that she enjoys educating them as well. During the Covid 19 years she started the: NANA’S ACADEMY where she utilized her education skillset to continue to teach her Grandsons while the pandemic was going on.

Dr. Adelicia I. Moses is very active in her local community affairs, serves as an International Chaplain and works along with the 69th local Police precinct. She also received a citation award as WOMAN OF THE YEAR with the community. She’s the Vice President of Heart Bible International University, Inc. She also has numerous Sons & Daughters in ministry. In the secular arena she’s a retired Educator of the New York Department of Education.

As her husband, Dr. Adelicia I. Moses has received many awards and citations from various local communities and different states for community services. She really enjoys family time spent with her natural children and grandsons. She is married and share in the joy of two sons, one daughter, son-in-law and twograndsons.
